Bad company to deal with do not believe their money back offer if you chang. I too had trouble with wondershare as well. The software was not of any use when I asked for a refund , under 7 days they refused or ignored me. They start writing about how they can help. Just wanted a refund. I escalated this to paypal who were a complete waste of time and sided with wondershare.Do NOT buy from this company.

Dr fone wondershare is an scam. drFone recovery software didn't work for me either. Basically it does what iTunes does . nothing extra. They refused to refund as well even though they advertie 7 days money back guarantee. It's a huge scam and they are a fraud company. Plz be warned Pros: nothing Cons: it didn''t rcover my iphone7 days money back guarantee is a lie

THE DR. FONE APPLICATION DID NOT FIND MY DELETED PICTURES ON MY iPHONE 6!. Downloaded, connected iphone 6 and it found ALL of the files that are ON THE PHONE but NONE of the deleted pictures. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
